Strange incompatibility bug found on some machines. Programmers immediately get to work.

Westwood burns final copies of Red Alert CD's. Code freeze is enacted, and the test department has two days to find further bugs.

PC Gamer Magazine releases secret information along with a few previously unseen screenshots.

Westwood designers Adam Isgreen and Mike Lightner talk live with Red Alert fans with Westwood's SpyCam.

GameSlice Magazine conducts interrogation with Red Alert producer, Ed Del Castillo.

Both Windows 95 and DOS versions of game are sent to test departments in satellite offices. Game begins testing phase. Within one week, Westwood's internal testing department increases from 10 to 60 testers.

Westwood increases personnel to Internet division by 400%. Work begins on adding internet one-click game play to Red Alert via the Westwood Chat program.

Project code named "RED ALERT" acquires additional staff to begin experimenting with special Windows 95 version of game.
